Mr. Golegaonkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has applied for issuance of tribe certificate to the Sub Divisional Officer Biloli/Naygaon on 06th March, 2019. Same is not yet decided. The petitioner has been given admission to the respondent No. 3/institution. The institution is demanding tribe certificate or else they would cancel the admission.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice

2 wp 6709.19 for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Patale, the learned counsel accepts notice for the respondent No. 3.

The respondent No. 2 shall decide the application of the petitioner for issuance of the tribe certificate within a period of seven (07) days from today. The learned A. G. P. shall intimate this order to the Sub Divisional Officer, Biloli/Naygaon. The respondent No. 3 shall not cancel the admission of the petitioner for a period of ten (10) days from today on the ground that the petitioner has not submitted the tribe certificate. After lapse of ten (10) days, the respondent No. 3 may take further action depending upon the circumstances prevailing then. 4.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
