This is an application for restoration of Criminal Application No.4300 of 2022, which came to be dismissed by order of this Court dated 14.02.2024 as the applicant has not carried out amendment and has not annexed copy of charge sheet within stipulated period. In view of this position, when main Criminal Application No.4300 of 2022 has become infructuous, present Criminal Application No.2309 of 2024 filed for restoration does not survive and stands disposed of.
