The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the CCTV footage in which the applicant is seen assaulting the deceased is sent for forensic.

Considering that the forensic report is not available, applicant is granted liberty to apply for bail before the trial court after receipt of the CCTV footage. There is also eye witness evidence on record. The matter can be considered after forensic report is available. 3.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
