CORAM : S.V.GANGAPURWALA & MANGESH S. PATIL, JJ.

DATE : 18/06/2019 PER COURT :

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that execution is filed in the year 2016 for the amount awarded in Reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act. The respondents are not paying the compensation amount.

2] Heard the learned AGP for respondents 1 and 2. 3] It appears that the warrant has been issued to the respondents, however the respondents have not deposited the amount. 4] The petitioners may show such properties of the judgment debtor. The Executing Court certainly would take steps for execution of the award. Upon such properties of the judgment debtor being shown the Court shall take further steps with regard to the property if amount is not deposited by the respondents.

5] The Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. (MANGESH S. PATIL,J.) (S.V.GANGAPURWALA,J.) umg/
