Heard learned Counsel for the applicants.

The applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 13.03.2024 whereby registration of their second appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is also a delay of 61 for filing this application. The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 13.03.2024 stands recalled and the appeal be restored for removal of office objections within two weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.500/-to be deposited with Registry of this court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad. 4.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
