By this application, the applicants pray for withdrawal of the amounts as per the chart submitted by the respondents in Civil Application No. 4322 of 2023.

Heard the learned advocate for the applicants and the learned AGP for the respondents.

On going through the order passed by this Court on 06.02.2023 in Civil Application No.9768 of 2022 and for the reasons stated in the present application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

The withdrawal of the amounts shall be subject to the outcome of this writ petition.
