This is an application for bail under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 132 of 2022 registered with Kingaon Police Station, Dist. Latur for the offences punishable under Sections 306 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard. Perused First Information Report ("F.I.R.") and related police papers.

Learned A.P.P. opposed grant of application on the ground that investigation is still in progress.

The F.I.R. has been lodged by father of the deceased. The deceased was a widow of the real brother of the applicant herein. She died due to consumption of poisonous substance. She did not leave behind suicide note. The applicant's father has been granted bail. The allegations in the F.I.R. are general in nature. No useful purpose would be served by keeping the applicant behind the bars, even pending investigation. 5.
In view of above, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence I pass the following order :-
ORDER
(I) The bail application is allowed.
(II) The applicant be released, in connection with Crime No. 132 of 2022 registered with Kingaon Police Station, Dist. Latur for the offences punishable under Sections 306 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount.
(III) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
