The facts have been discussed in detail by this Court in the order dated 30.06.2022. The allegations are that the deceased committed suicide by consuming poison since the share in the property was not given to her. The facts are not reproduced to maintain the gravity.

Learned APP strongly opposed the application contending that the offence is serious.

Perused the papers and considered the facts. In view of the facts of the case, this Court is of the view that the prosecution has no case for custodial interrogation. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

I) The application is allowed.
