Legal heirs of deceased applicants / original complainants have filed the present application for withdrawal of amount deposited by respondents towards earned leave wages and difference in wages.

Heard learned advocate for applicants and learned AGP for respondent - State.

The legal heirs of the deceased applicants / original complainants have made a statement that they are the only legal

heirs of deceased applicants - original complainants. 4.

In view of the aforesaid statement as well as in view of the order passed by this Court on 06.02.2023 in Civil Application No.9768 of 2022 and for the reasons stated in the present application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

The legal heirs of deceased applicants / original complainants are permitted to withdraw the amounts of the original complainants along with accrued interest, if any, subject to outcome of the present writ petition.
