Learned Advocate for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 Mr. Bangar submits that the Bank has now realized the mistake in proceeding against the petitioner and has aborted it unilaterally and issued a public notice to this effect which is communicated to the petitioner. 2.

Learned Advocate Ms. Kamble holding for learned Advocate Mr. Adwant admits the position. However, she prays for some cost to be imposed for making the petitioner to file this proceeding. 3.

Considering the fact that the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have conceded the mistake and have aborted the proceeding initiated
