The petitioner's proposal is awaiting adjudication at the hands of the respondent/Scrutiny Committee for validation of her tribe certificate. It was filed in the month of December, 2023. 3.

Learned AGP on instructions, submits that the Committee would need further time of six months to decide the proposal. 4.

We dispose of the writ petition by requesting the Committee to expedite the petitioner's proposal and endeavour to decide it within three months.
