Mr. Golegaonkar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has completed the course of B. Pharmacy.

The validation proceeding is pending since year 2016. The vigilance is also completed. The petitioner has filed say to the vigilance report. However, decision has not yet been taken. The result of the petitioner of the final year is withheld.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.

Considering the fact that the vigilance is also completed and the petitioner has filed say to the vigilance report, we direct respondent no.2 to

(2) 935-wp-6992-2019 decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably by 18.07.2019. The petitioner shall cooperate in expedite disposal of the said proceeding. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 26.06.2019.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has paid the full fess. The respondent nos.3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. However, degree certificate shall not issue unless petitioner submits the validity certificate. The respondent nos.3 and 4 shall take further course of action depending upon the judgment delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
