Learned Advocate for the applicant/appellant submits that the applicant is widow of the respondent in Appeal No.388 of 2014. Said respondent Madhukar Wanaji Sonwane expired on 03-09-2020. The death certificate has been produced, and therefore, the appeal has abated.

Taking into consideration the death certificate and the fact that the original respondent was acquitted by the Special Judge, the appeal stands abated.

Accordingly the appeal stands disposed of and the application stands allowed.
