The applicant is seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No.165 of 2020 registered with Anandnagr Police Station, Osmanabad, District Osmanabad for the offences punishable under sections 307, 327, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, section 11 of Maharashtra Covid-19 Act 2020 and section 135 of Bombay Police Act. His application bearing Bail Appln No.310 of 2020 with similar prayer came to be rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-2, Osmanabad vide order dated 15.9.2020. 2.
Heard both sides.

This is a pre-chargesheet application for bail. Though I fnd name of the applicant is mentioned in the FIR with the specifc role ascribed to him, however, the applicant is arrested in connection with the present crime on 25.8.2020. The informant has sustained simple injuries on his left forearm. It appears that due to previous enmity the incident had taken place. Furthermore, nothing has been recovered at the instance of the present applicant. There is no criminal history. Thus, considering the entire aspect of the case, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail with certain conditions. Hence, following order.

Application is hereby allowed.

Applicant SHUSHANT @ LALYA PRASAD BANSODE in connection with Crime No.165 of 2020 registered with Anandnagr Police Station, Osmanabad, District Osmanabad for the offences punishable under sections 307, 327, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, section 11 of Maharashtra Covid-19 Act, 2020 and section 135 of Bombay Police Act be
released on bail on furnishing P.B. of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) with one surety of the like amount on the following conditions :- a] The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
b] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station once in a week i.e. on every Sunday between 8 am to 11 am till fling of the charge sheet.
