Learned AGP submits that the petitioner has been given registration. He has filed an application on 28.01.2019 before the R.T.O. Jalgaon that his vehicle has been registered in Handicap category and he has received tax benefit. The letter issued by the petitioner to the R.T.O. is placed on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification. In view of that the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
