This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail since the applicants are apprehending their arrest in connection with Crime No. 51/2015 registered with Kurunda police station, Dist. Hingoli for the offences punishable u/s 306,498-A,323,506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard Mr. A.B.Dhongade, learned counsel for the applicants and Mrs. S.G.Chincholkar, learned A.P.P. for respondent - State.

Present applicants are mother-in-law and sister-inlaw of deceased Vijaymala, who has committed suicide by taking poison.

F.I.R. is lodged by Bansi, who is father of deceased. Her marriage was performed with Subhash about 15-20 years prior to the present incident. According to F.I.R., role of present applicant No. 1 is of instigation to the husband of deceased, whereas role attributed to applicant No. 2 is that she used to pull the hairs of the deceased.

It is reported that the husband was arrested and is already released on bail.

Looking to the nature of accusations made against the applicants in the F.I.R. and that they are ladies, discretion can be exercised in their favour.

Hence, Present Criminal Application is allowed. Interim order granted in favour of the present applicants on 22/06/2015 stands confirmed.
