PER COURT:- 1.

The petitioner has put forth prayer Clause 'B', as under:

"B.

To direct the respondents to conduct the measurement of the land and prepare possession receipt and 7/12 extracts for the purpose of the land distribution in accordance with the Re-revised Form-3 and submit the compliance report for the same as mentioned by the respondent no.4 in his letter dt. 14.02.2022 Annexed at Exhibit "C" and for that purpose issue necessary writs and orders."

Respondent no.4 has to consider the issue pending before him. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is waiting for receiving the possession receipt and 7/12 extract, for decades.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. If respondent no.4 has the jurisdiction duly vested in him by law,

(2) 15-wp-6993-2023 he would consider the grievance of the petitioner along with similarly situated other stakeholders, if any, by following the due procedure laid down in law, within a period of six months and without causing unnecessary delay.

In the event of there being any obstruction in the form of some trees, appropriate steps as prescribed in law shall be taken expeditiously.
