The applicant is seeking suspension of sentences passed against him for the offences punishable under Sections 509, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. He has been ordered to suffer simple imprisonment for 04 months for the offences punishable under Sections 509, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code with fine. The substantive sentences were to run concurrently. The amounts of fine are stated to have been deposited by the applicant.

Admittedly, the applicant was on bail during trial as also during pendency of the appeal.

Hence, the order :- (a) The order of sentence of imprisonment passed against the applicant is suspended till final decision of the Criminal Revision Application and he is directed to be released on bail on execution of P.R. Bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with a surety in the like amount. (b) Bail bonds be furnished before the Sessions Court. (c) The Application is disposed of in the above terms.
