PER COURT :- 1.
We had heard the matter on last occasion and it was adjourned for taking instructions by the learned AGP. He is producing copy of the communication issued by the Education Officer, Secondary Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar to the School Authorities dated 23.2.2024 thereby indicating that the impugned orders in both petitions have been set aside by him and those proposals would be re-heard. Next date that has been kept is 6th March, 2024. The said copy of the letter is taken on record by marking Exhibit "A".

In view of the fact that impugned orders have been set aside, the Writ Petitions are required to be disposed off. The Petitioners are give liberty to take part in the hearing on 6.3.2024. Education Officer, Secondary, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar to decide those proposals within a period of Two
(2) Months from the date of the said hearing and communicate the decision to the concerned.
