Mr. Surve, the learned counsel submits that after filing of the present writ petition, the petitioner approached the State Government by filing appeal. The appeal has been registered. The learned counsel submits that interlocutory applications are not considered by the State. 2.
Mr. Sangit, the learned counsel appears for respondent No.5. 3.
As the appeal is already registered with the State Government, we need not consider the petition on merits. The authority where the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending shall consider the application for interim orders, on its own merits, preferably within four weeks. The parties shall cooperate for expeditious disposal of the matter. 4.
