T.V. NALAWADE AND SANGITRAO S. PATIL, JJ.
DATE : 7th FEBRUARY, 2017 PER COURT :
Heard.
2.
The petitioner is relying on a policy decision taken by the Government, which can be found in Government Resolution dated 10th November, 2015. The petitioner claims to be a legal heir of deceased sweeper who was working with respondent No. 2.
3.
If there is such policy decision taken by the Government, it has own scheme and procedure. Under such policy/scheme, the petitioner needs to first approach the Department. After getting the decision from the Department, adverse to the interest of the petitioner, he may approach the appropriate forum. With these observations, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
