The Standing Counsel of the respondent Mr. A. G. Talhar submits that the CBI is extending every co-operation to the trial Court and in fact, the CBI wants to get the case decided as expeditiously as possible. The learned counsel Mr. Talhar submits that the petitioner, however, has unnecessarily made the remarks against the CBI in the body of the petition that the CBI is not extending cooperation to the trial Court in deciding the case. 2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner Mr. Bora, at this stage, submits that the petitioner would withdraw those allegations made in the petition, if the case is decided in expeditious manner. The learned counsel Mr. Talhar submits that only three witnesses are remained to be examined by the CBI and the examination of

972-CrWP-788-21.odt those witnesses would be completed in expeditious manner. We, accordingly, direct the trial Court to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of this order.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed off.
