Since no decision has been rendered by Respondents No.2 and 3 on the application tendered by petitioners claiming rental compensation, petitioners have approached this Court seeking a direction to the concerned Respondents to take decision on the application tendered by them claiming rental compensation. Considering facts of this case, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to Respondents No.2 and 3 to determine rental compensation accruable to petitioners on consideration of their application tendered in the year 2009, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months from today. On determination of amount of rental compensation, Respondents No.1 to 4 are directed to pay the amount so determined to the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of such determination.
