The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the pleadings set out in this petition are on instructions and an error was committed in stating the date of appointment. There are certain events which need to be properly placed before the Court and an amendment to a large extent will have to be carried out. He, therefore, prays for leave to withdraw this petition and file a fresh petition in the same cause by taking into account subsequent events. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to institute a fresh petition.
