The petitioners- R-28 MHADA Cooperative Housing Society Ltd. have tendered a representation to the Chief Officer of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority, Auragabad dated 24.02.2020. The same is still pending decision. 2.

Considering the innocuous prayer in the form of a request to take the representation to a logical end, this petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.2 to deal with the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law and rules/regulations applicable, within a period of 90 days.

The petitioners shall serve copy of this order on Respondent No.2, expeditiously. Needless to state, in the event, the grievance of the
