..RESPONDENTS Mr Kiran Nagarkar, Advocate for petitioner CORAM : N.W. SAMBRE, J.

DATE : 22nd April, 2016 ORAL ORDER :

On 6th October, 2002, Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad, passed an order directing payment of maintenance of Rs.500/- per month along with costs of Rs.300/-, which is in question in Criminal Revision Application No.241 of 2003, as the same ought to have been from the date of

(2) application at the behest of applicant - wife. The same order of the Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad, is questioned by respondent - husband in Criminal Revision No.332 of 2002, granting enhancement of maintenance. 2.

The order in question was not stayed by this Court for last about more than 13 years. Apart therefrom, the meager amount of Rs.500/- per month towards maintenance will hardly be of any consequence. 3.

In view thereof, in my opinion, no purpose will be served in entertaining the present revision applications. Thus, both the revision applications stand dismissed. Rule stands discharged. (N.W. SAMBRE, J.) amj
