DATE : 21st June, 2018 PER COURT:

Instant Contempt Petition is moved claiming violation of the order dated 03.05.2018, passed in W.P.No.4467 of 2018. We have perused the order dated 03.05.2018 whereunder the Scrutiny Committee has been directed by this Court that, "the Committee may try to decide the proceeding by 15.06.2018". There is no positive direction issued to the Scrutiny Committee to take decision before the aforesaid date. We do not find any merit in the Contempt Petition.
