The petitioner is aggrieved by the loss of her original service-book which was being maintained by the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 where she was earlier posted as a teacher. Subsequent to her transfer, according to her, the original service book has not been sent to the new school. 3.

The respondent Nos. 4 and 5 in their affidavit in reply have asserted about the original service book having been returned to the petitioner and she having acknowledged it. However, the learned advocate for the respondent Nos. 4 and 5, on instructions, undertakes to get the service book reconstructed.

We do not intend to go into that aspect. We feel it appropriate that the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 are directed to reconstruct the original service book and expect the petitioner to cooperate them in all respect. 5.

With the hope and trust that both the sides would get the service book 1/2

24 WP 7768 OF 2019.odt reconstructed, we dispose of the writ petition. Once the service book is reconstructed, the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 shall forward it to the petitioner's school.

The petitioner undertakes to approach the respondent No. 4 and 5 within two weeks, where thereafter the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 shall prepare the service book within two months thereafter. (SANDEEP V. MARNE J.) (MANGESH S. PATIL, J.) mkd/- 2/2
