PER COURT :- 1) Heard. The petitioner is objecting for inclusion of names of voters in Ward No.3. According to him, during the earlier election of village panchayat, their names were incorporated in Ward no.1 and as such, they shall have to be included in voters list prescribed for Ward No.1. 2) The Circle Inspector has enquired into the objections raised by the petitioner and it is found that the concerned voters are, in fact, residents of Ward No.3 and they actually reside in the said Ward. Even otherwise, the concerned voters do not have any objection in respect of their inclusion in Ward No.3.

3) In view of the above, no interference is called for in the extra-ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is devoid of substance and stands rejected.
