It appears that there is delay in depositing the amount of compensation before this Court in terms of the order dated 07th January, 2020.

The learned Counsel for the applicant-Insurer submits that the cheque of the compensation amount has been received and the same would be deposited till 06th November, 2020. The learned Counsel submits that the learned Counsel appearing for
