Mr. Awte, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the seniormost teacher and his claim for the post of Head Master is required to be considered. There was dispute about the seniority. The petitioner has also filed an application with respondent No. 3 - the Divisional Social Welfare Officer. Aurangabad and respondent No. 4 - the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare, Parbhani; however nothing has been done in that regard.

Mr. Sapkal, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 5 and 6 submits that let the Authority decide the objection of the petitioner regarding the seniority list and after the objection is decided, the Management would take steps for appointment of full-fledged Head Master. 4.
Respondent No. 4 - The Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare is directed to take decision upon the objection raised by the petitioner to the seniority list maintained by respondent No. 4 expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months. Respondent No. 4 may hear the interested persons while taking decision in respect of seniority and upon the decision of the Authority with regard to the seniority list ad the objection of the petitioner, the Management - respondent No. 5 shall take steps to appoint full-fledged Head Master.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
