After going through the prayers, we called upon the learned advocate for the Petitioners to clarify since the pleadings are different. The learned advocate submitted that, by mistake, prayers of another petition have been copied and pasted. The only prayer put-forth by the Petitioners is that they should be appointed under the 10% reservation to the Zilla Parishad as 'in service' candidates of the Village Panchayat. 2.

The learned AGP submits that Petitioner No.1 is at serial no.11 and Petitioner No.2 is at serial no.68. Unless the first ten persons are appointed, Petitioner No.1 will have to wait. Same is the case with Petitioner No.2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the observations that if there is no legal impediment, Petitioner No.1 would be considered after the first 10 persons are appointed and Petitioner No.2 will be considered after the person at serial no.67, is appointed.
