This is a petition for extension of emergency parole leave on the ground that the petitioner has undergone surgery and she is not able to do her daily work. The petitioner is on said parole leave since 02.03.2021. The Hon'ble Supreme Court has directed that such prisoners who are granted emergency parole will have to surrender before the prison authorities within a period of 15 days from the date of order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 2.

In view of such directions, the petitioner will have to surrender before the prison authorities. The prison authorities shall provide all the medical facilities to the petitioner.

Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of.
