In view of the above statement, this petition can be disposed of with directions to the respondent University to consider the report submitted by the Enquiry Committee on 7.11.2010 and take appropriate action in accordance with law, as deemed necessary, in the facts and circumstances of this case, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today.
