The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has approached the Commissioner by filing an application/objection. The same may be directed to be considered by the Commissioner.

We have heard the learned Additional Government Pleader and Mr. Mohekar, the learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad. 3.

Considering the fact that, the petitioner has approached the Commissioner and is seeking directions against the
