Petitioner is desirous of securing admission to B.Pharmacy course and has cleared the prescribed entrance examination. Petitioner claims to be belonging to 'Tokre Koli', Scheduled Tribe and the tribe certificate issued to her has been referred to the Scrutiny Committee for verification.

It is informed that the proposal for verification is pending with the Scrutiny Committee for decision. The last date prescribed for production of validity certificate before the admission authority is 10th August, 2018.

In the circumstances, we direct Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee to decide the proposal for verification of tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably by 5th August, 2018. In view of above, writ petition stands disposed of. A.M. DHAVALE R.M.BORDE JUDGE JUDGE dyb
