Mr. Hon, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that, the petitioner seeks implementation of order of the grievance committee. The order of grievance committee is stayed by this Court in Writ Petition Nos. 5937 of 2009, W. P. No. 5938 of 2009 and W. P. No. 5939 of 2009.

On 12.06.2017, when the matter was called out, none appeared for the petitioner. The Court observed that, if nobody turns up for the petitioner on the next date, the matter would be

Today, when the matter is called out for final hearing, none appears for the petitioner. The writ petition as such is dismissed. Rule discharged. No costs.
