Learned counsel for the petitioner states that, he is not pressing this petition at this stage. Investigation is going on and according to him the petitioner has not committed any offence. He submits that, in case, if the charge-sheet is fled against the petitioner, he may be permitted to approach this Court again for quashing of the charge-sheet. Request is quite reasonable. Therefore, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again for quashing of the charge-sheet.
