Application is filed for setting aside the order of of dismissal made by this Court on 20.3.2015. As office objections were not removed in Criminal Writ Petition No. 216/2015 the matter was dismissed. The learned counsel for the applicant takes blame to himself.

In view of the contents of the application, the application is allowed. The order of dismissal is set aside. The matter is restored to its original number.

The learned counsel for petitioner to remove office objections prior to 10.7.2015. If the office objections are not removed prior to 10.7.2015, the matter shall stand dismissed automatically without back reference to the Court. [ T.V. NALAWADE, J. ] ssc/
