Heard both the sides.

It appears that, on earlier occasion, so far as the applications for withdrawal of compensation amount fled by the applicants - original claimants therein, from the same award, this Court has permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation on certain terms and conditions.

{3} The learned Counsel for the Respondent - acquiring body has no objection if the applicants - original claimants herein are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation to the extent and on such terms and conditions, as directed in the earlier order.

In view of the above, the applicants-original claimants herein are permitted to withdraw the amount to the extent of 50% out of the total amount deposited before this Court, on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and an amount, to the extent of 25% out of the total amount deposited before this Court, on furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
