Shri Temkar, learned counsel for the applicant fled this application for regular bail. It was pointed out by the learned A.P.P. that the applicant did not approach the Sessions Court for regular bail but he approached the Sessions Court for interim bail. 2.

Shri Temkar, learned counsel for the applicant sought permission to delete the prayer clause 'B', regarding regular bail and pressed for interim bail. When he realised that this Court was not inclined to grant interim bail, he sought permission to withdraw the application. Accordingly, permission is granted to withdraw the application.
