12.06.2019 P.C. :- The learned A.G.P. appears for respondent nos.1 and 2 and submits that the petitioner has a remedy before the Commissioner. We have also heard Mr. Shirsath the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The order impugned vide prayer clause-C is appelable before the Commissioner under the provisions of Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services Disciplinary Appeal Rules. The other relief would be consequential and would depend upon the decision of the Commissioner in appeal 3.

In light of the above the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. No costs. Authenticate copy to the parties.
