This application is filed within limitation seeking recalling of the order dated 17.06.2022 vide which, the petition was disposed off, on account of absence of the learned advocate.

The learned advocate for the applicant has canvassed the grounds set out in the application.

In view of the above, this application is allowed. The writ petition shall stand restored at the stage at which it was dismissed, only if the petitioner tenders the spare copies for issuance of notice to the unserved respondents, on or before 20th September, 2022. If such copies are supplied, office to issue notice to the unserved respondents, returnable on 17th October, 2022. 4.
