By order dated 09.09.2025, this Court, in the presence of the petitioner, recorded the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, that the petitioner would deposit total amount towards maintenance awarded in favour of son before 19.09.2025. The said statement has been recorded as an undertaking to this Court.

Today, it is informed that petitioner has not complied with the undertaking in relation to deposit of the amount and further expressed inability to comply with the same. 3.

In view of non-compliance with the order of this Court on the part of the petitioner, inspite of specific undertaking, the
