This Petition is filed by him, seeking the second Assured Career Progression Scheme (ACPS) monetary benefits. A representation filed by him dated 28/11/2022 is pending with the Respondent/Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. We expect the Respondent/Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to deal with the said
