Heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Mr. Borulkar, learned A.P.P. for respondent.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel has not pressed the relief of pre-arrest bail for applicant nos. 2 and 3.

I have gone through the contents of first information report, from which it appears that the first information report was lodged to police station on 27.1.2017 alleging that on 25.1.2017 at about 7.15 p.m. when he was standing in front of

saloon near Nagar Parishad, at that time applicant nos. 2 and 3 along with two other unknown persons came there.

Another accused Vijay abused informant and applicant no.2 Pravin caught hold informant and removed and snatched two golden rings worth Rs.56,000/-.

Applicant Shrikant assaulted informant with the help of iron rod and snatched golden chain of 3 tolas worth Rs.84,000/-.

Considering serious allegations against applicant nos. 2 and 3, learned counsel appearing for the applicants has not pressed the bail application for applicant nos. 2 and 3. However, allegations against applicant no.1 are general in nature and it is alleged that she snatched Rs.2,000/- from the pocket of informant. The allegations of assault are against applicant nos. 2 and 3 supported by medical evidence. However, no allegations of assault are against applicant no.1. In view of above, applicant no.1 is entitled for pre arrest bail.

Hence, the following order.

(i) Criminal Application is partly allowed.

(ii) Criminal Application of applicant nos. 2 and 3 is rejected as not pressed.

(iii) In the event of arrest, Applicant No.1 Chanda shall be released on bail in connection with Crime No. 16 of 2017, registered with Udgir City police station, District Latur, on her furnishing P.R. bond of Rs. 15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

Criminal Application is disposed of.
