Since the petition is arising out of interim order passed by the learned Family Court, this court has expressed its view that the Court will not entertain the petition.

Learned advocate for the petitioner vehemently argued that he is finding it difficulty to pay the monthly maintenance of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand only) as he has lost the job. 3.

In view of the submissions of learned advocate for the petitioner, it would be proper to direct the learned Family Court to decide and dispose of the main proceeding of Petition No. E-26/2020 pending before it as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of
