The Petitioners were appointed in Respondent/Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar as Junior Extension Officer and have retired from service. This Petition is filed by them seeking the second Assured Career Progression Scheme (ACPS) monetary benefits. The representations filed by them, dated 20/10/2022 and 28/11/2022, are pending with the Respondent/Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. We expect the Respondent/Chief Executive Officer, Zilla

1914.24wp (2) Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to deal with the said representations and convey it's response to the Petitioners within a period of 60 days.
