The applicant is seeking withdrawal of compensation amount. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGP for respondents.

The learned counsel for the applicant placed reliance on the order dated 27/04/2022 passed by this court in connected matters and prayed for similar order. Accordingly following order is passed :

ORDER

A) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount with accrued interest thereon till date subject to furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

B) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 25% of the compensation amount with accrued

2 964 fa 10286-22 interest thereon by furnishing solvent surety / security in the like amount to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

C) The remaining 25% of the compensation amount along with the accrued interest shall be invested in fied deposit in any National Bank for a period of one year with clause of periodic renewal thereafter.

D) The application is accordingly disposed of.
