The Petitioner was appointed in the Respondent/Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon as a Junior Extension Officer and has retired from service. This Petition is filed by him seeking the second Assured Career Progression Scheme (ACPS) monetary benefits. The representation filed by him, dated 05/12/2022, is pending with the Executive Engineer, Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon. 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. We expect the Executive Engineer, Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon to deal with the said representation and convey it's response to the Petitioners within a period of 60 days.
